• Without Existing Upstand: Skylights are available with a 150mm or 300mm PVC kerb for roof-level mounting, providing versatility for different installation needs.

Brett Martin Flat Glass Rooflights are built to last up to 20 years in standard environments. We offer a 10-year warranty covering any perforation, structural issues, or weather-tightness concerns.

Additionally, the insulated glass units used in the construction of the rooflights are protected under a 5-year warranty, ensuring the long-term performance of the glass components.

If you find a crack in the glass upon delivery, please inform us without delay. Not reporting the damage within 12 hours of delivery will void your eligibility for a return or replacement. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Safety & Compliance Standards
The Brett Martin Fixed Rooflights comply with CWCT TN-67 non-fragility standards for class 1 roofs, offering ACR[M]001 class B non-fragility when installed following Brett Martin's installation guidelines. Though these rooflights are built tough, walking on them is not advised as it can lead to damage. The glass panels used are compliant with the following key standards:

• BS EN 12150: Toughened safety glass for buildings.
• BS 14449: Laminated glass and safety glass – Ensuring safety conformity.
• BS 1279: Insulating glass units – Meeting thermal and construction standards.

Security Features & Installation:
The rooflights are mounted securely onto an insulated builder's upstand or PVC kerb using discreet self-drilling fixings, which are covered with colour-matched caps for a clean finish. Additionally, these rooflights meet PAS24 standards for security, certified by Secured by Design, offering protection against forced entry.
