Delivery Confirmation

Before your order is shipped, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time, providing a minimum of 24 hours notice. If the suggested time doesn't work for you, we will schedule a more convenient date. Please be aware that if you select the complimentary delivery service but miss the delivery due to unavailability and cannot be contacted, the items will be sent back to our warehouse. Note that subsequent delivery attempts will attract additional fees.

Delivery Hours and Customer Obligations

We schedule deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. Deliveries are made to the site only. You must ensure that adequate arrangements are in place to receive and, if necessary, help unload the goods, particularly if they are large or exceed the dimensions of a standard pallet. Our company will not be held responsible for damage incurred during offloading or while moving the items to their final location on the premises. Keep in mind that our products range in weight from 20kg to 300kg.

Delivery Policy

Our fast nationwide delivery of just £40.99 incl. VAT for all sizes covers only the first delivery attempt. Additional charges may apply to any subsequent attempts.

- Fast delivery within 2 - 5 business days for most standard sizes, and 15 - 25 business days for custom sizes: £40.99 incl. VAT.
Framed Skylights:
- Standard Delivery (10 - 15 business days): £40.99 incl. VAT.
Walk-on Skylights:
- Standard Delivery (15 - 25 business days): £40.99 incl. VAT.
Lanterns:
- Standard Delivery (10 - 15 business days): £40.99 incl. VAT.
Electric and Manual Opening Blinds:
- Standard Delivery (15 - 25 business days): £40.99 incl. VAT.
Accessories and Installation Kits:
- Standard Delivery (2-5 business days): £30.00 incl. VAT.

Calculation of Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at the time of checkout based on your shipping address and the selected delivery option.
