We offer 25-year warranty on the seal of the unit.

If you find a crack in the glass upon delivery, please inform us without delay. Not reporting the damage within 12 hours of delivery will void your eligibility for a return or replacement. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

To maintain the validity of your warranty, it is crucial to purchase our structural glazing tape (foam rope).
