Brett Martin Roof Lantern units are built for durability and are designed to remain fully functional for up to 20 years under normal conditions. These units come with a 10-year warranty, ensuring protection against perforation, significant structural degradation, or any distortion that may compromise their weather-tightness. Additionally, the roof lantern’s insulated glass is covered by a 5-year guarantee, safeguarding against any defects in the glass used in the construction of the rooflight.

If you find a crack in the glass upon delivery, please inform us without delay. Not reporting the damage within 12 hours of delivery will void your eligibility for a return or replacement. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

The Brett Martin Roof Lanterns prioritise safety and are designed to meet industry standards, incorporating laminated inner glass panes that align with the recommendations from the Rooflight Association (formerly known as NARM). However, it is essential to recognise that, like all rooflights, they should be considered fragile. As per CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations, it is the responsibility of the customer or installer to conduct a thorough risk assessment to identify any potential hazards. Appropriate measures should be taken to minimise the risk of falls through the rooflight, ensuring that the installation is carried out with the highest level of safety in mind.
