Structural Guarantee

  • Glass Link Rooflights are are guaranteed to remain fit for purpose under normal industrial conditions for 20 years with a 10-year warranty against becoming perforated, losing significant structural integrity, or distorting to the extent of losing weather-tightness.

Electrical Actuator Warranty

  • The electric actuators are covered for 1 year, with a lifespan of at least 10,000 operation cycles, ensuring long-term reliability.

Insulated Glass Protection

  • The insulated glazing unit comes with a 5-year warranty, safeguarding against defects or premature failure.

If any glass damage is found upon delivery, please report it within 12 hours to qualify for a return or replacement. Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
