Also included in the warranty:

• Electrical actuators are covered for 1 year and are designed to operate for at least 10,000 cycles.
• Insulated glass units come with a 5-year guarantee.

If you find a crack in the glass upon delivery, please inform us without delay. Not reporting the damage within 12 hours of delivery will void your eligibility for a return or replacement. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Fragility and Safety Compliance

• Certified to meet CWCT TN-67 Class 1 and ACR[M]001 Class B non-fragility standards when installed according to Brett Martin’s guidelines.
