- Electrical Actuators: The motorized opening mechanisms are covered by a 1-year warranty and are designed to operate reliably for at least 10,000 cycles, providing dependable functionality for years to come.

If you find a crack in the glass upon delivery, please inform us without delay. Not reporting the damage within 12 hours of delivery will void your eligibility for a return or replacement. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

The Brett Martin Fixed Rooflights comply with CWCT TN-67 non-fragility standards for class 1 roofs, offering ACR[M]001 class B non-fragility when installed following Brett Martin's installation guidelines. Though these rooflights are built tough, walking on them is not advised as it can lead to damage. The glass panels used are compliant with the following key standards:
