FS125 is a single-component, neutral curing silicone sealant with a low modulus and minimal odor, making it ideal for perimeter joint sealing where high flexibility is required. It bonds exceptionally well without a primer to a variety of surfaces such as masonry, brick, aluminum, PVC-U, polycarbonate, polyacrylate, wood, painted wood, glass, and glazed surfaces. This makes it particularly suitable for installing skylights, ensuring a secure and durable seal.

This sealant is perfect for applications in expansion and curtain wall joints, perimeter seals around windows and doors, panel joints between common substrates, heel and toe beads, polycarbonate glazing, and other general joint sealing tasks.

It is not suitable for use on certain materials like neoprene, butyl rubber, EPDM, or surfaces containing bitumen or tar, as contact with these materials can cause discoloration and loss of adhesion. FS125 is also not appropriate for joints that will bear traffic or be subject to abrasion and cannot be painted over. For sealing natural stone, use FA870/FA880, and conduct preliminary tests on other sensitive substrates.

FS125 conforms to EN ISO 11600 G&F 25LM standards, offering high movement capability, enduring resistance to weathering, aging, and enhanced UV protection. Its low modulus formulation minimises stress on joint faces.

With a low-sheen finish, FS125 is easy to apply and smooth out, ensuring a professional finish when installing skylights.
